Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Posey iOS app, made by W Universe. By downloading or using Posey you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Posey on Apple devices that you own or control, in line with the App Store standard EULA, which also applies.
Posey Pro
Posey Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks unlimited references on any device signed into your Apple ID (use Restore Purchase after reinstalling or switching devices). Payment is handled by Apple; refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, per App Store policy. It is not a subscription and never renews.
Your content
Your reference photos and captured shots are yours — we claim no rights over them and, as described in the Privacy Policy, we never receive them. You are responsible for the content you import and capture: use references you have the right to use, and respect the privacy and consent of people you photograph, along with the laws that apply where you shoot.
Acceptable use
Don't use Posey to do anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or misrepresent the app.
Disclaimer & liability
Posey is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, W Universe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Posey Pro (if any).
Changes to Posey or these terms
We may update the app and these terms as Posey evolves. Material changes take effect when posted here with a new effective date; continuing to use Posey after that means you accept them.
